The ChatGPT Feature You're Probably Using WRONG

In the parlance of tech companies, I’m a “heavy user” of AI chatbots like ChatGPT and Claude.  How much do I use these tools?  Let’s put it this way: If ChatGPT goes down for a few hours, my productivity grinds to a halt and I end up standing around aimlessly in my backyard with a La Croix instead of getting anything meaningful done.  OpenAI is constantly tweaking the interface for ChatGPT. But a recent change is especially impactful. The company now requires users to select between “Chat” and “

What Your Car Knows About You Is TERRIFYING

You hear it all the time: Modern cars are basically smartphones on wheels. And just like the phone in your pocket, the car in your driveway collects vast amounts of data - tracking where you drive, how fast you accelerate, how hard you brake, how aggressively you turn, and much more. The legality of this data harvesting remains hotly debated. Last year, the Federal Trade Commission penalized General Motors for illegally collecting and selling precise location and driving behavior data without in

The Strategy That Turns AI From a Cost Into a GOLDMINE

How to Crush a Job You Already Know You'll QUIT

In today’s work landscape, job-hopping has evolved from professional taboo to professional tactic. You could be looking for faster growth or better pay elsewhere, taking “stepping stone” jobs along the way to that goal. Perhaps these roles lay the path to a dream gig, or help you bide time during a personal transition or an industry shift. The downside? Viewing a position as a temporary layover introduces a dangerous career trap: mental disengagement.  Stanford Medicine’s occupational well-being

How to Reclaim Your Ambition When You've LOST It

Recent news stories have suggested that younger workers are opting out of work ambition. Coverage documents their frustration with a limiting job market, dehumanizing hiring processes, and the expectations set by hustle culture.  Those frustrations are real, but the constant negative narrative doesn’t help. What we read can amplify our worries, and media coverage claiming a generation is disengaging from work makes it seem like that’s the expected response. And these stories can make us think we

What Corporations Owe the Generation They're About to INHERIT
